Something about how, when a group of “creatives” moves in to an area and makes something more appealing out of it, the new qualities eventually price them out of the area that other people didn’t see value in before.

That’s not the point of this video about a cool Airstream….but….Airstream trailers have gotten expensive.

Probably because they started out being kind of cool.
