The presentation isn’t really my style….beautiful and small (emphasize the “small”)….but….it looks interesting.

Actually, “beautiful” is something we have at our house….frequently….but a stylized plate isn’t really a goal for the sake of style.

It’s just something that happens….when the good cook has an artistic flair.

Norway looks good.
